We are excited to announce the M2 World Champ- 1 Day Training Camp. In the first session, we will review Coach Taylor's mat wrestling techniques from the August PinFall camp. The second session will focus on setups, takedowns, and transitions from turn to the fall to give athletes a solid foundation to takedown, ride, and pin opponents. The final session we will focus on shot defense and shot finish techniques and then increase the intensity with some hard drilling, attitude drills, live situations, live wrestling, and we will finish with matches. Athletes will leave this camp with information and skills and mindset needed to dominate their opponents.

Saturday, September 21:

Session I: 10 - 12 AM - Review of August PinFall Camp. Drilling through transitions from turn to the fall, Live mat wrestling 

Session II: 1:00 - 3 PM-  Set ups, takedown & transition to turn, Live wrestling and situations

Session III: 4 - 6 PM - Shot defense and shot finishes, Hard drilling, Live Situations, Live wrestling, & Matches

Cost: $100 for non members. $75 for M2 club members.

Campers can also stay for the regular Sunday club practice for an additional $25 paid on Sunday.
