We are excited to announce the M2 World Champ Novice Camp! This camp is for wrestlers looking to build a wrestling foundation for the upcoming season. Whether your child is looking to explore joining M2 for the upcoming season, or joining us for a few days this camp will provide a comprehensive approach to the sport. Each session will focus on the M2 system consisting of fundamental drills to develop confidence and awareness from the top, bottom, and neutral position. 

Skill level - 0-3 years of wrestling experience.

Wednesday, August 14th:

Session I: 9:00-10:30 AM - Check In, Introduction to proper drilling techniques, Penetration Drills, and Movement 

Thursday, August 15th:

Session II: 9:00 - 10:30 AM - Review, Tie ups, Set Ups, and Takedowns 

Friday, August 16th:

Session III: 9:00-10:30 AM- Review, Cradles, and Top Series
