This camp will be focused on preparing athletes for Super 32. Athletes in this Intensive 3- day commuter training camp will learn to dominate their opponent while learning set ups, takedowns, transitions to turns, tilts, pinning techniques, techniques to reverse and escape from your opponent, and wrestle over 20 matches. The first 2 daily sessions will be a combination of learning technique, hard drilling, sparring, and live wrestling focusing on the information learned in that session. The final daily session will be a live wrestling followed by a technique review with the coaches. Coaches will take notes of technique and situations observed during the day, break down the technique with the athletes, and lead them through drills to correct the technique. Unlike most large camp systems, athletes will experience more individualized attention from coaches and clinicians. This camp offers not only access to world level technique but also a deep dive into the mindset required to be a champion for all age levels.
